The Development Academy was established in Albatros in November. This is a project addressed to ambitious and talented employees who want to develop and carry out interesting tasks.
By implementing this idea we want to enable our employees from various areas to shape their own career in internal structures. We offer our talented employees a development programme with coaching, classroom and e-learning trainings as well as language trainings.
