Our recruitment process
We place recruitment announcements on our website, recruitment portals and in local newspapers.
Persons who are students and would like to receive training in our company are also invited to apply. With us you are able to connect work with courses at a university.
The number of stages depends on a post for which recruitment is conducted. However, beginnings are always the same.
Stage 1
CV ANALYSIS
We start the recruitment process from an analysis of application documents you sent.
Stage 2
TELEPHONE CONVERSATION
Before inviting to a visit we will call you to extend information from CV.
Stage 3
INTERVIEWS
We want to know you better but we also want you to get to know us and our company. The number of interviews depends on a kind of post for which recruitment is conducted. The interviews are participated by the HR Department and the manager of an organisational unit an employee is looked for.
Stage 4
TASKS AND TESTS
In case of certain recruitments we can ask you to take a short test or perform a task.
Stage 5
WELCOME ON BOARD
You went successfully through to the end of the process and accepted our offer – so welcome in our TEAM!
